Advance Confirmation Payment
A small confirmation amount must be paid in advance to confirm your COD order.
This amount will be deducted from your total bill, and the remaining balance will be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
Order Verification
Once your order is confirmed, our team will connect with you via WhatsApp video call to show your parcel live before dispatch.
You will also receive a packing video for full transparency after confirming the order on WhatsApp.
Delivery Timeline
Orders will be delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation.
Important Delivery Instructions
Do not share any OTP (One-Time Password) or verification code with the courier at the time of delivery. This is for your safety.
